Megaman Battle Network 6 part 29- Slashman's stew

I finish up slashman's sidequest and proceed to netbattle him. upon victory we get a new link navi and a new cross that powers up sword chips +50. The next day lan discovers his dad has been arrested and is found guilty and the punishment is.... 100 hours of zapping!? WTH.. zapping? like electrocuting? That's so totally torture. and here I thought this game was rated E. guess the ESRB doesnt care that a robotic tree is sentencing what it believes to be criminals to getting tortured.
